Fun Word Game

I tried this game on the hour trial and loved it. I bought it. I am very slow with word games. I get frustrated because of the timers many of them have. Flip is different. There is no timer. The goal is to make words but the first letter is automatically used to solve a phrase. There is need to make words using as many starter letters as possible. New phrases can be downloaded at beginning of games. Because there is no time factor I can go as slow as needed in each round. It is possible to save the game on a win which is a plus. This stops starting from 0 each time. These factors make it a good game for those who aren't hard core word players. It is good for those who want to get started in word games.

Its a great game for family and friends and also to challenge your mind and you get to see how much you realy know

So-So Game

This might be enjoyed by some, but thought it was just okay. They make it difficult to use longer and different types of words, since you have to link the letters together in unusual directions. You also must use the first letter of the word, to help fill in a phrase, quotation, etc. at the top. Which gives you less options to spell a word, especially, if you've already used that same letter before. You have only so many times to complete the phrase above, to move onto the next level. I enjoy trying to guess the phrase above before filling it completely in, which is similiar to the tv game show "Wheel of Fortune". Otherwise, there doesn't seem to be much to me about this word game. Unfortunately, to me it's rather boring!

Spell Checker Anyone?

I am always looking for good word games. Sorry to say, Big Fish comes up short in this department. Flip Words ...... what can I say about a word game where spelling errors are rampant? "Quit while YOUR ahead" "The Great GADSBY" are just two examples. This is NOT a game I would give to a child. Texting should not blur our ability to spell properly.
