Loved this one

Finally, a game that is not just the same old thing. Several types of puzzles keep things interesting. The HOS are not just piles of rubble - they consist of finding particular objects, sometimes found in different locales, to enable you to do a puzzle or move to the next scene. And, you have the option of playing in three modes - casual, advanced, and expert. Expert is only unlocked after you have earned enough hint points. The graphics are great, (I never listen to the music scores), and the scenes make sense. The workroom looks like a workroom, for example. This is a buy for me!

Finally!!! Wahoo!!!

I have waited what feels like forever for the sequel to the first Tiger Eye game to come out (years in fact) and could not believe that it had finally arrived! And it does NOT disappoint. The storyline and interactions between the two 'lovers' is spell-binding. I'll let others rave about the game mechanics and visuals, etc. I have more gaming to do. I simply wanted to announce to the world how excited I am that the sequel has arrived!!! Lol. Enjoy fishies. This series is fantastic...If you haven't yet played the first one, I highly recommend that you play that first, and then this one. You will have a better understanding of what is going on and a deeper appreciation for the characters.

Review of Finished Game

This is a Puzzle game. There are only 5 buildings and only several rooms in each building, so not much wandering. It's basically puzzle after puzzle with a little inventory finding and use inbetween. This is exactly the kind of game I love. The puzzles aren't hard, but not insultingly easy, either. The instructions are hidden so you can make it harder by not looking at them. There are several hint buttons on the puzzles if you just want a little nudge instead of skipping them. I never needed more than one hint. The story is a continuation of the first game, The Riddle Box. I love the story, I love the characters, I love everything about this game. If you don't care for puzzles I don't think you will like this game, but if you're a puzzle lover like me I highly recommend it. It has a decent length, I would estimate between 3 and 5 hours.

Great Variety and a Good Sequel

I enjoyed the first game and this is no disappointment. There are a variety of puzzles to solve, and the storyline is entertaining. I was continuously drawn to the next action and could not stop playing. I completed the demo and will definitely buy the game. It is fun and involving. The graphics are good, as are the voiceovers. I highly recommend this as a challenging, but not too overwhelming, game. You're easily drawn to the next action to take, and the hidden object sections are not too difficult.

VERY GLAD I BOUGHT IT

I almost didn't even demo this game. Glad I did. It's quite different. Objects are hidden in the environments. Puzzles vary in complexity and reward you if no hints are used. Story is terrific - you have your friend to save plus you have your inhabitant of your puzzle box to free from his capture. Good graphics and good production values.

I love It !

I love this game, I love the story ! I read the book and adored reason of more of to play it with pleasure! Diagrammatically, it is more beautiful than one, the game-play changes but we stay reference that one; and then the romantic to be spoken, the story and the key point of the game ! Sorry, for my english, I'm french !

Really Enjoyed This Game

This was so much better than the standard HO game. There were many different types of challenges which was great. I wish there were more like this as normal HO games get so tedious and repetitive.

Great continuation or the first.

Having played the first one I was hoping the second one would be good so I tried the demo and am buying. It is not a difficult game and I like that you know how many objects to find per scene. The minigames are plenty simple. Great after work game when simple is better.

If you want the rest of the story...

Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice does continue where Tiger Eye: The Riddle Box left off, but with less interaction between Hari and Dela. It does have a satisfying conclusion, and both games follow the book fairly well. If you'd like to know the whole story, however (with a LOT more details--nudge, nudge, wink-wink), read the book by Marjorie M. Liu entitled just Tiger Eye. It covers both games. This was her first novel, but she's written several more in this series, although the main characters are different. I loved both games, but truly enjoyed the book and highly recommend it.

A Puzzle Bonanza Adventure Story! Good Fun.

Fishies you said it all on this great adventure game. I am having a great time solving all the puzzles and mini-games. More adventure than HO. Nice twist on finding the HOs that are scattered throughout the various scenes visited. Not to difficult to find once you know where to look. I just can't get over the abundance of puzzles and mini-games to solve. I am a happy camper thanks to BFG and the devs. I will have to check out Tiger Eye - Part I: Curse of the Riddle Box next. Back to the game.
