Started out easy, difficulty increased as game continued...and this is the child level! Had to cheat quite a bit at the end. Looking for more levels now!
After Playing Proffessor Frizzwizzle, I was really excited to play this game, but after my bad experience with buying without trialling, I downloaded the trial first. So glad I did! Good Parts: Just like the original, it had Easy levels, Medium Levels and Hard levels. Had the option of skipping tutorials Ok Parts: Some levels were challenging Bad Parts: The storyline is awful Lacks fun Lacks the ability to "hook" people Wasn't as fun as the original Some levels were just WAY too easy Some were WAY too hard In conclusion: I don't reccomend this game, I do, however, reccomend you play the first one. If you play this first, it will turn you off.
A very basically drawn platform game. Visually Ok music annoying. There are three modes of play (one mode is kid's level). Very basic game - not in the same class as Supercow or Turtle Odyssey. If you try to enter your name in the Hall of Fame (as I did after Level 1) the game freezes - no way out but to End the Process. Kid's might like this but too rudimentary for adults.
You don't actually find out the BEST thing about PFMM until you finish it, but let's talk about that a bit later. The game itself is a platform puzzle classic that should have been huge but was sadly missed by the majority. Rather than go into gameplay details, I will urge you to check out the video and download the demo. You will soon realise what a special game this is. The cute graphics give the impression that this is a kiddy game, but nothing could be farther from the truth. The levels start off easy, but wow do they get hard. If you love solving challenges you will love this game. I bought PFMM quite a few years ago, and I am still playing it regularly and you know why? Because this game comes with its own editor where you can make your own levels. And with a bit of googling effort, you can find like minded people who make and share their levels... there are literally thousands and thousands of levels available, which makes PFMM the best value for money I ever got I think. This game is amazing, and it deserves more attention. If you are reading this review the game obviously caught YOUR attention. Now go one step further and try the demo. I don't think you will need much convincing to buy it, this is a must own game. You will not be disappointed. PFMM ROCKS 10/10
This has got to be my favorite game. I'm obviously an addict since I keep coming back to play it over and over. The three levels (kids, regular and advanced), lets any level of experience enjoy a challenge. The professor is totally adorable as he pitty-pats #that's what his little footsteps stound like# his way around the puzzles, pushing things, climbing ladders, shooting fire or ice pistols and making temporary bridges. I also get a real chuckle out of his antics if you happen to leave him idle for a few minutes. The game has everything a puzzle lover could want. The graphics are wonderful. The sound track can be turned off if it becomes annoying. I also appreciate the way you can individually set up the game controls for using your collected items #blow up barrels and boxes, fire and ice pistols, temporary bridges) by pressing the number keys at the top of your keyboard OR by using the number pad.
Not an easy game although I find it a bit easier than the first Professor Fizzwizzle. Totally engrosses me trying to figure out how to get through each level. Lots of hints if you need them. Great sound effects, always make me laugh. Can be frustrating at times trying to figure out the route that will work, but that's part of the fun! I play this game over and over even though now I can get through it in one long sitting. I especially love the portals. Great game all around!
